CALABRESE HONEY
The most typical honey of Calabria is without doubt the honey from Sulla, honey which takes its name from the homonymous plant and which grows in central and southern Italy. The typology of Sulla of the best quality, however, grows only in Calabria, and this is why the Calabrian Sulla honey is one of the best in the world. In this category you can also find the famous fig honey, composed of the figs of Cosenza PDO. In addition, you can also find mustaccioli, the super typical Calabrian honey biscuits.

Sulla honey is an ideal product to use in herbal teas and infusions, but it is also excellent as secret ingredients in many desserts or elaborate main courses. Fig honey, on the other hand, can be used on cheeses, meat, fish, vegetables, fruit salads or desserts.
