HISTORY OF MASSERIA FORNARA
Masseria Fornara is a farm of Sibari linked since 1800 to the Pierciaccante family. The excellent quality of Masseria Fornara rice derives not only from the methods of cultivation and production of the company, but also from the unique microclimate of the Piana di Sibari, with its unique sun, salty soils and sea close to the rice fields. The Piana di Sibari is the largest plain in Calabria, located on the northern Ionian side between the Sila and Pollino massifs, and is famous for having a unique and special microclimate.
