Calabrese pasta factory: produces pasta, products related to pasta and products with black truffle from Calabria
HISTORY OF PIRRO FACTORY
The Pirro pasta factory was born in Corigliano Calabro (Cosenza, Calabria) in 1986. Founded by the Pirro brothers, the Pirro pasta factory has grown over the last 30 years thanks to their tireless work, their lucid vision and their unparalleled passion for high quality pasta. All types of Pirro pasta follow a careful and meticulous processing and include elements of strong differentiation compared to other pasta factories. For example, the use of bronze dies or slow drying at a low temperature, up to 30 hours.
The quality of the raw materials is very important for the Pirro pasta: only the durum wheat semolina is used, which manages to combine the taste with the richness of proteins. The company is still deeply linked to its region, Calabria, and the use of only Calabrian ingredients for its gourmet pasta formats proves this. The Pirro pasta is perfect to bring to your home the recipes and pasta shapes typical of the ancient Calabrian tradition.
Tagliolini and pappardelle are just some of the delicious Pirro products. Recently Pirro has increased the number of its products, introducing a delicious line linked to the black truffle of Calabria and also a line of high quality sauces. Prices are higher than the industry average, but are justified by the above-average quality. Scroll down and buy all the best Pirro products with one click.
