The wine that owes its name to the plateau overlooking the ancient castle on which stands a delightful church, has a great freshness and drinkability, with strong and intense aromas, typical of the Calabrian Aglianico, notes of berries and cherry.

Vinification: the grapes are de-stemmed and transferred to the press, where they make a short maceration of 2 hours to obtain the typical pink color with violet reflections.
Alcoholic fermentation takes place completely in steel at a controlled temperature of 13-15 ^ C.
